We take the stress out of ordering wedding flowers by offering five of our most classic floral collections to choose from.

Simply order online and we will do the rest! No contracts or face-to-face consultations necessary for A La Carte Events,

just beautiful blooms right at your fingertips.

THE COLLECTIONS

IS A LA CARTE RIGHT FOR YOU?  A LA CARTE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF: 

  1. You only need bouquets, personal flowers, centrepieces, and or a few focal pieces

  2. You don't need in-person consultation, just fill out our form to tell us about the look of your wedding

  3. You don't need arch or major installations

  4. You want to get our signature look for a lower price point

  5. You'd like us to do the work for you —we'll pick what is best for your colour palette

HOW IT WORKS 

  1. Browse our selection of gorgeous blooms and choose exactly what you need for your wedding or event. Add desired items to your cart and check out. 

  2. Choose pick up or delivery and that's it!

  3. All orders must be placed at least 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding/ event date

THE DETAILS

  1. At checkout, you will have the choice to pick up the flowers or have them delivered to the venue of your choice. You may pick up the flowers at our JH FLORAL DESIGNS STUDIO at no additional cost. We recommend picking up the day of your wedding/ event to ensure the freshest blooms possible. We deliver to local Ottawa (and surrounding areas).

  2. Delivery fees range from $20 - $100 depending on the location (based on exact mileage). All deliveries include one location drop-off service only.

  3. Additional locations will incur additional fees. If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we will send you a link to pay for the delivery fee once your wedding order has been placed. 

  4. We do not ship or deliver wedding flowers outside of Ottawa at this time.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

  1. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 3 weeks prior to your event. All refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given once the 21-day deadline has passed.

CUSTOMIZATION

  1. We've curated these options based on their popularity and in order to simplify the process we do not offer modifications. If you love our style, we think you'll be thrilled with the freshest seasonal blooms that we pull for your arrangements. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

  1. JH Floral Designs' is not responsible for the unpacking or setting up of any A LA CARTE Wedding Floral

  2. Due to the nature of working with live product, JH Floral Designs' reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is subject to weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangements will look but actual designs are dependent on the artistic interpretation of the designer.

  3. JH Floral Designs' is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after they are delivered. We always make it our goal to make sure the blooms are at their best before they leave our Studio. We include care instructions in your confirmation email to help our clients keep the arrangements in top condition.
